What information we process
We may process information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, job title, meeting details and the content of your communications.
Our website may also process limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. Analytics is loaded, and its cookies are set, only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics data is collected. We do not use advertising cookies.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, which processes this data on our behalf. Analytics cookies expire after at most two years. You can change your choice at any time from thecookie settings link in the footer.

- arrange and manage product demonstrations;
- communicate with prospective and existing customers;
- operate and secure the website; and

We may use service providers to operate and secure the website and manage meeting bookings. These providers may process limited personal data on our behalf.
Website analytics, if you accept it, is provided by Google Analytics. Demo bookings are handled through HubSpot. When you open the booking page, HubSpot’s privacy information also applies.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data; restrict or object to its processing; and receive a portable copy of your data.
